Ceri Lee has taught yoga and run global retreats as her main profession for over twenty years, with focus on creating health through strengthening and healing the mind and body.
She is an expert in the breath, the subtle (energy) body, and specialises in yoga as a holistic practice to support menopause. Experience has taught that the breath is the key to connect with vital energy, and with a mindful approach, yoga can be a powerful tool for healing and personal growth.
Based in North Wales, Ceri is also a midlife mentor and regular contributor to award winning UK printed publication Menopause Matters. She owns and manages the Yoga Light Centre, Ruthin, a yoga studio with guest accommodation offering yoga classes and wellbeing packages for health, peace of mind and connection to the authentic self.
