Cassandra Pianetta has over 10 years of experience in the field of psychology. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, 2014 and Masters in Couple and Family Therapy, Adler University 2016. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe therapy offers opportunity for self discovery, healing, and growth. As an emphatic and supportive therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients heal and be heard because we all have unique voices and stories to share.
Using an integrative approach that is holistic and friendly, I support personal and relational development, as well as healing. I attend to my clients’ difficulties, needs, and wishes by providing a compassionate environment in which to explore unresolved trauma, reduce anxiety and stress, improve communication and relationships, and develop new skills.
I have 8 years of specialized experience working with children and adolescents in public and private schools as well as community settings. Because of this experience, I understand the unique challenges that both children and parents face in today’s world and how these challenges may affect family dynamics.
In her spare time, Cassandra enjoys cooking, being out in nature, and kundalini yoga.
