Carlo’s career focuses on Customer Centricity, Customer Experience and Experience Design. Through many years of career experience, he developed skills including customer experience, artificial intelligence, product management, marketing, customer retention, customer operations, and training.  Carlo successfully honed his expertise at notable companies including MCI International, Nextel Communications, Cox Communications and ADT Inc.

To enhance his work, he participates in development opportunities and certifications including, but not limited to NYU Digital Marketing, Adaptive Path UX Intensive, Adaptive Path Experience Workshop, Luma Institute Human Centered Design Practitioner, XM Institute Base Camp programs, and several other courses with a special focus on Artificial Intelligence.

Carlo has expanded his fluency in Artificial Intelligence through coursework with Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, and Amazon Web Services. In addition to formal training, he applies AI tools in practical contexts, including creating bots, supporting research, validating insights, and solving complex problems. His work with AI is grounded in critical thinking and guided by professional judgment, ensuring that his ideas and recommendations reflect his own voice and intent.

This progressive learning keeps Carlo on top of technological advancement and philosophical developments throughout the world of Customer Centricity, Experience, and Design.

As part of building customer experience, Carlo’s passions center on education, both learning and educating; building and creating, which range from home construction projects to art projects, and tinkering with technology.  His newest obsession is artificial intelligence and home automation. Outside of his career, Carlo’s personal accomplishments include publishing several children's books, competing in duathlons, and traveling around the United States and the world.

As the youngest of 5 in a first-generation Italian-American household, Carlo’s inspiration comes from his family and his two phenomenal children. Originally from Fairfield, CT, he now lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Carlo has a Bachelor of Arts from Manhattanville College, a Master of Arts in Business and a Master of Arts in Teaching, both from Sacred Heart University.
