• I worked as a Manager running nationwide L&D projects for thousands of people so I know how it feels to start with an idea and see it all the way through to fruition.

• I led an L&D team as a Director and I truly get how much effort a leader puts in to develop that high-performing team.

• I run my own Consultancy so I know the challenge of securing new clients, putting proposals together and then executing alone, with a small team or relying on freelancers.
