Since 1993 I have been working in the design and construction industries, including work on commercial, multi-unit residential, industrial, retail, healthcare, municipal, state, and federal projects. I have experience developing and managing projects throughout all phases including entitlement, permitting, estimating, conceptual design,  design & development, procurement (public and private), pre-construction, contract administration, construction. and closeout. I have worked on all sorts of projects including new construction, additions, interior fit-ups, restoration, renovation projects, phased projects,  and security upgrades. I also have a sound knowledge design principles, construction means and methods, building codes, materials testing, site safety, estimating, and the procurement process.

Throughout my career, I have held many positions including CAD Draftsman, Job Captain, Construction Administrator, Estimator, Special Inspector, Site Superintendent, FPPM, Program Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and currently as Senior Project Manager.  These positions have provided me with key skills that are vital to any project manager which include building and managing teams, independent decision making, ability to control cost, time, scope and quality, scheduling and sequencing of work, subcontractor buyout, negotiations, biddabilty and constructability reviews, NFPA 241 plans and monitoring, business development, and proposal preparation. I specialize in tenant fit-up projects in existing occupied facilities and my attention to detail is second to none.
