Teacher Boko is born and raised in Niš, Serbia. He had lived in the US for a year, but he has decided to come back to his hometown.
He's got a tenure position as a teacher in a medical high school in Niš - working as a full time high school teacher since 2013.
He's been working as a Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian/Montenegrin teacher at Italki - conducting 1-on-1 lessons since 2018.
YouTube lessons are a huge part of his professional biography - he has become known by posting videos on YouTube, sistematically teaching people Serbian on the internet and helping people all over the world understand Serbian culture, history, and tradition. He has 300+ videos under his belt.
There are lots of Serbian-related materials, texts, PDFs, audios, articles, and stories that he has written and published on his website. A large portion of that content is completely free. He also wrote two books.
After 10+ years of experience in conducting large-group, small-group classes and individual lessons, after 25.000+ hours of teaching, and after translating and writing thousands of Serbian-related content, he has decided to start creating online courses here.
It seemed like a good idea to use the experience Boko has gained to pass the knowledge and help people study Serbian easier.
