With over 20 years experience in Project Management, PMOs, managing IT projects in Europa and Australia within Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Utilities, Finance and IT, I have made my own experience including mistakes and learned from them.

Since managing Project and Portfolio Management Offices in the Public Sector, Energy / Utilities and IT, I have come across various levels of knowledge and expertise in my team members. In order to reach certain standards, I was compelled to train and mentor my team members, which were Junior to Senior Project Managers, Project Support and Project Admin people as well as Project Controllers. Their understanding of what is required to successfully deliver a project varied - which resulted in many 'failed' projects and just some successful ones.

I have coached and mentored team members throughout my career. Project Support / Project Admin people got promoted to Junior Project Managers as they learned and grew under my mentorship. My job satisfaction grew with every team member moving on to become masters in their fields, become successful in their endeavours, and to become a successful Project Manager.

I would like to share my knowledge within the Project Management arena and give practical advise and tips within the fields of Project and Portfolio Management, Project Management Office, Personal Excellence and Business Success.

My vision is that everyone can become a successful person in personal and business life, whether in the professions around Project Management, Business Analysis, or as an entrepreneur, business person and family person.

My courses are designed to help newcomers learning new topics, so they would not make rookie mistakes in the first place, so they can confidently go into a new role. Also my courses are intended to give practical advice and tips on common project scenarios, that help people to master business situations better.
