A 20-year veteran of education and public service, Dr. Beth Laux saw a growing number of organizations struggle to succeed in a rapidly changing work environment.  Technology, policy, the economy, & communities were evolving at unprecedented rates. To address this issue, Beth founded Quest Cultural Solutions (QCS).

QCS helps schools, government agencies, nonprofits, and businesses meet the rising needs of their communities and clients. Through simple, cost-effective training and coaching programs, we empower learners to build relationships, develop leadership skills, and achieve goals.
