I am a Quantity Surveyor with nearly 10 years of experience working for established developers and main contractors across Central London construction projects.

I have worked on a range of schemes including cut-and-carve mixed-use office developments and high-end residential apartment blocks, delivering projects under both JCT and design & build forms of contract, with values typically ranging from £15m to £60m.

Having worked across a variety of fast-paced and complex projects, I have developed a strong understanding of how Quantity Surveying is actually applied in practice, beyond academic theory.

My goal is to help new and aspiring Quantity Surveyors build practical confidence early, so they can contribute effectively on site, perform well in interviews, and understand how commercial teams operate in real construction environments.
