I spent 25 years in corporate life within Europe, Middle East, and Asia. For the last 10 years, I worked as a CEO or in C-level positions of Fortune 500 companies and mega public organizations. I have helped companies and brands like Vodafone, Philips, 3M, Nivea, TNT (a FedEx co), among others, make a profit and increase their market share in 9 countries and 3 continents!

Throughout my career, I successfully communicated, negotiated, presented, marketed and sold to people from countless cultures and different walks of life. People as sophisticated as ministers and CEO’s and as simple as sub-educated factory workers. I managed, coached, mentored, and trained professionals who are now stars in their careers.

Following that, I have studied behavioral and humanistic psychology and pursued my passion of coaching, counseling and instructing individuals and executives. Communication and human connection are keys to success for those disciplines!

The teachings and skills given in my courses are real, practical, and proven. This is the juice of experience, thousands of hours of communication, hundreds of books read and tens of study certificates.
