My name is Bart and I’m a certified yoga teacher. I have taught over thousands of (young) professionals from all over the world.
Before I started practicing yoga, my body was probably much like yours. My hips were stiff, my neck and back hurt from looking at my phone and sitting behind a desk all day. Practicing yoga helped me to not only decrease these symptoms but also calm my always racing mind.
I soon found that yoga helped me slow down my endless stream of thoughts and calmed my mind. This has been such a positive change in my life that I have made it my mission to help other professionals create a healthier body and mind.
