He graduated from ITU with a degree in Aerospace Engineering and worked as an engineer in the aviation sector in Turkey and abroad for 8 years. Throughout his career, he cultivated a keen interest in philosophy, psychology, and personal development. Recognizing the common thread of coaching across these fields, he made the decision to transition from engineering to coaching in 2013.

He pursued his coaching training from RMT, a joint organization founded by Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. Additionally, he completed NLP training with Robert Dilts in California. Robert Dilts was a key member of the working team alongside Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP practitioner training. Furthermore, he successfully completed ODM 1, 2, 3 and family training modules by Tamer Dövücü, which provide a comprehensive understanding of life and personal development.

In his pursuit of knowledge, he obtained a Master's degree in General Psychology from Gelişim University. He also served as a mentor for ITU students from 2016 to 2022, working as a Talent Development and Career Counselor, as well as a training professional at Bilgi University. He furthered his experience as a Career Center Manager at Istinye University.

Today, he is a seasoned professional coach and trainer, offering his expertise in various areas.
