Hi, I'm Azzam — a backend engineer and the founder of ZAM Academy.

By day I build production systems: Django and PostgreSQL backends, AWS infrastructure, and data pipelines handling hundreds of millions of records. By night I teach the things I wish someone had explained to me clearly when I started.

I founded ZAM Academy after mentoring students 1-on-1 and noticing the same pattern: most people don't struggle with syntax — they struggle with knowing why things are built the way they are. So my courses focus on real workflows, not toy examples. You'll write code that talks to real APIs, handles real errors, and looks like something you'd actually ship.
