MY FOCUS…

…in business for the last decade, has been helping others help themselves become successful using investment in residential real estate.

For that, I formed an organization called “Ideal Wealth Grower” which specializes in helping our clients to invest out of state away from where they live, only spend about 1 hour/month managing the investments and benefit amazingly due to the high performance and many benefits these investments enjoy from government regulations.

…in the mentoring program is for participants to learn how to invest, how to protect themselves and their families, and how to become financially independent. In the investment part of the program, we provide access to all the required resources to invest and develop a powerful portfolio of passive income assets

HOW IT ALL STARTED

As I was moving from assignment to assignment while serving as an Air Force officer, I never thought I was already participating in the real estate market.

After 22 years of service, I retired and entered the corporate world as an executive in a software company in California in 2001. And like most of you, I also felt the burn-out from working 9-to-5 (plus overtime), I realized that I needed to develop a passive income stream to avoid having to work till I die.

It was during 2009's Great Recession when I truly discovered the potential of real estate. After my 9-to-5, together with my wife, we slowly but surely planned and leveraged our resources available to build our real estate portfolio to secure our family's future.

Now, we have reached our Time Freedom Point, an important milestone we help all our clients to get to.

In our portfolio, we have:

- 9 rental properties in the US with the 10th under construction

- 3 more deals internationally.

I thank my younger self for starting 14 years ago yet kick myself that I should have started earlier.
