Nowadays empowering apprentices/leaders to develop and apply their Leadership & Data Skills as well as providing them with an independent space to develop professionally.

Having undertaken a Level 7 Executive MBA apprenticeship 6 years ago. gave me a great opportunity for the first time in life to learn more about who I am and how to direct my decisions according to my own career strategy that evolves with time. Now on a mission to teach others to do the same.
