Hello to all. My name is Ashish Malhotra. Professionally I am an author and personal development coach. I started this work as an social worker in Bangalore, India. I also was an independent member of CIVICUS ALLIANCE. I worked for the quality education.

I got rewarded by the ministry of culture, India, for the "story of Karyanjali" project run by Gandhi smriti and Darshan samiti on Mahatma Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary.

My qualifications are Certifications Aircraft maintenance engineering and Diploma in Modern applied psychology.

I am working on this program from last five years. I have started it as a social worker and till now I have covered more than thousand students. I have also worked in airlines and related companies for four years as an aircraft mechanic.
