Arvin Hopcraft

I grew up in a small in Alberta. I had a lot of personal issues to deal with from my childhood, things like Anger, Fear, Resentment, Lack of Self Confidence & Self Worth just to mention a few. This meant I had a lot of incentive to find ways and techniques to create a better life.

In 1972 I found the Silva Method and I knew that through meditation I had found a path to my own freedom if I pursued this way of life.

From then on I have devoted a large portion of my life to learning and teaching others how to raise their awareness and improve the quality of their lives by developing their inner potential.

I am not someone who just has a lot of book knowledge. I have been there and I have used the methods I am sharing in my programs to improve my own life and to help others achieve the freedom from their limitations.

I am 100% committed to helping others improve their lives and live the life they deserve. I have devoted my life to helping others experience the freedom that I enjoy now. As a youth growing up I had many emotional challenges to overcome and yet I found ways to overcome them and now share them with others. My greatest joy is watching others accomplish goals that they believed they could never accomplish.
