This account is made for the Arts & mindfulness in education project. We are a team from Norway, Ireland, Portugal, Belgium, and the Netherlands.  We are artists, teachers, mindfulness trainers, and students in music, video, and teaching, ... We made this in the framework of a European project, funded by Erasmus +, between 2020 and 2023. The basis for this program was made by students from different backgrounds, on different levels of their education ... We enjoyed working on this, and hope you will enjoy going through this. So we are still very young, right? Only three years old at the moment we write this ... so how can we have a biography already?
