With over seven years of dedicated Tai Chi practice, I've developed a deep love for this traditional art form. My journey began in 2017, and I've been sharing my passion as a Tai Chi instructor since 2019. On 2024, I reached a major milestone by becoming an advanced level certified instructor.
My interest in Tai Chi was sparked by a lifelong love of Chinese martial arts, and I'm excited to help others discover the same sense of peace and well-being that I've found through my practice. I've experienced firsthand how Tai Chi can improve physical well-being – my own shoulder pain used to be unbearable, but Tai Chi completely transformed my range of motion. I also love the mental and meditative aspects of Tai Chi, and I enjoy incorporating weapons like the Tai Chi spear, saber, and sword into my practice. My teaching style emphasizes traditional Tai Chi forms and movements, focusing on the foundational principles of the practice.
