I started my journey as a software developer fresh out of my college campus and worked with leading Indian industrial and consumer products group in telecom and
finance domain. But life totally changed when I got a little exposure to design.
Soon I realized, design has the potential to make or break a business! The entrepreneur within me was ready to take the plunge and I started my journey of bringing positive
ROI to businesses through my designs. Today, I am a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) and Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) from Human Factors International (HFI)
having 5+ years of intensive experience in UX design and implementation. I have rich experience in designing Operational and Analytical Dashboard solutions along with
designing for multiple devices & channels like desktop, tablet , mobile phone and high resolution displays. Understanding stakeholder vision, doing user research, working closely with product teams and manifesting all these into an intuitive design is my forte.
When I was learning dashboard designing, I searched a lot everywhere for relevant case studies and real life examples for applying UX theories and concepts.
Though I got tons of material on theoretical design concepts, I hardly got any real world case studies to rely upon. I strongly believe design can't be taught just in theory and it has to be given a real world context for better understanding and application.
Based on my own experience, this is an attempt to create an interesting and engaging design course based on real business with real challenges showcasing real design impact.
Not only that, my whole effort is to provide excellent support in terms of answering questions, updating contents on the need basis, proactively connecting with participants often and making sure that participants do get their value for money.
