I started my career 20 years ago, after obtaining my Master's Degree in Process Engineering at Wageningen University in The Netherlands. I have worked for big corporate companies like Heinz, Giveadan and ING and have managed departments of up to 100 people. I have worked in various industries such as manufacturing, banking and financial services, healthcare, education and nature conservation and I have worked in various types of roles and in different countries. During my career, I have been able to work with some of the best managers out there, and I have always admired how they achieved success and earned respect from the people in the company. And I have also worked with some of the worst managers, which only grew my interest in what good managers have in common and what the bad ones are lacking. And as a manager myself, I always actively seek to make a positive impact on the people I work with. My interest in this topic and my drive to help others resulted in this program of thegoodbusinesslife, which I have developed and further improved during the past few years. It is originally designed and still operating as a 1-on-1 coaching program, but I am excited to grow the number of people who can benefit from the program through this online platform.
