R.Anita received a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Rajaas Engineering College of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli in 2004 and a master’s degree in computer science and engineering from Sathyabama University, Chennai in 2012. She has finished her PhD in the Natural Language Processing domain in the year 2022 in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, India. She is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computing Technologies, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Kattankulathur campus, Tamil Nadu, India. She has 18 years of teaching experience. She has published her research papers in various refereed International Journals and Conferences. Her research interests incline towards the domains namely, Natural Language Processing, Computational Linguistics, Machine learning and Deep Learning. She has obtained the Certificate of Excellence in three Samsung Prism research project worklets titled “Online Handwriting Recognition for Indic Languages”, “English-Tamil Code-Switched Spoken Language Identification” and “Speech-to-speech translation”.
