I got a diploma in Biblical Theology at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome and I was a Catholic priest for 22 years. I was a Bible teacher in several theological institutions and extremely passionate about philosophy. I have been researching on spirituality for my entire life, applying on this study my best abilities, such as humanity, critical sense, study, awareness of the best researches and results obtained by other researchers in spirituality. This background, which is, academical experience in Christianity, theology and the Bible, and passion about philosophy and criticism, gives me the best conditions to be expert in spirituality as such, which is different from “spiritualities”.
