Growing up with my family I have spent decades cooking and baking all of the dishes that make Greece and Greek food so special.  With over 35 years experience of good old home cooking and baking I am sharing two of my favorite recipes and how to make it not only for your own family but also for parties and events.  Over many years I have sold the pastry for weddings and other similar events.   This is a hobby that I am most  passionate about.
