Andreas Romulo is a Lecturer and Subject Content Coordinator in Food Technology Department, Bina Nusantara University since 2019. He is responsible for curriculum and content development in Food Technology Department. He finished doctoral study in 2018 from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, Czech Republic, Master’s in food science at National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, Taiwan in 2015, and Bachelor of Food Technology at IPB University in 2012. He has experienced in several research projects focused on food processing and engineering, biological activity of natural products, and food product development
