Amy is the former Editor in Chief of My Wedding Magazine.

Amy and her husband Josh have been helping couples with their relationships since 2007. She is a trained facilitator for the Prepare-Enrich relationships assessment tool.  In 2009 Amy published a book, "The Ball & Chain and Other Stupid Myths" as a way to provide a DIY pre-marriage course from the comfort of home. She has been delivering pre-marriage courses in-person and online to couples ever since.

In March 2020 Amy started helping couples with their existing marriages. She began a podcast - "The Pilot's Wife" - to help people move forward in their relationships and develop a more satisfied bond with each other.

Amy's mission is to reduce divorce. The proven most effective method of doing so is for couples to complete a pre-marriage course. That's why she developed this non-religious course for couples, designed to be fun and enjoyable.
