About me
Hello Beautiful Breathers,
My name is Amanda and I find great joy in helping people feel healthy, strong, confident and at peace.
Looking for all the ways to cope from a stressful job that led to anxiety, fatigue and burnout, I was fortunate to study the realm of Breathwork Pranayama and Meditation. I have since been rewarded with the blessings of this practice many times over and am now hoping to spread the joy and many benefits of working with our breath.
As a Certified Breathwork Pranayama Instructor & NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer, I work with you through the course of our sessions to restore balance, boost energy, improve focus, and relieve stress.
Regular practice can not only improve our physical health, but also our mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
