Previously, I spent 12+ years at Microsoft as full time epmloyee, where I worked closely with enterprises across the MEA region, including the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Algeria, in roles such as Customer Engineer, Premier Field Engineer, and Cloud Solution Architect. In these capacities, I supported enterprise customers by implementing cutting-edge cloud and hybrid solutions, optimizing IT operations, and improving security postures. My expertise spans public and private cloud, modern workplace solutions, mobile device management, and advanced threat protection.

I hold multiple Microsoft certifications, including MCT, MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP, and have been recognized with prestigious awards such as MEA CPE Heroes and Great People, Great Performance (GPGP).
