Having worked for 16 years, I got tired of watching employees struggle at work because of bad bosses. I felt something needed to be done, and that's why I started my own leadership development and coaching practice.

Given my decades-long experience in managing teams and running Learning and Development departments, I know how to provide leadership training that sticks.
