I began my career in the Middle East as a Cost Control Engineer, where I quickly expanded into planning and scheduling responsibilities during my first year. Over time, I developed a strong foundation in project controls, mastering techniques to plan effectively and efficiently while gaining deep knowledge of how Primavera P6 works—both in its fundamentals and behind the scenes.

For the first seven years of my career, I worked across project control roles in the oil & gas sector, focusing on cost and planning. Six years ago, I moved to the UK and transitioned into the nuclear sector, where I broadened my expertise in planning, scheduling, and cost control. Starting out in a young start-up company gave me the unique opportunity to build project control systems and processes from the ground up. This experience taught me the importance of setting up robust, seamless systems that foster proactive project controls and drive project success.

Today, I bring this practical, cross-industry experience into my training, helping professionals and organizations unlock the full potential of Primavera P6 for their projects.
