About me
Hi, I’m Alex Kalish. For over a decade, I’ve led technical product teams and operational transformations across Amazon and the U.S. Navy. My work spans robotics, packaging systems, AI experimentation, and enterprise-scale training—with a special focus on making complex systems useful for real people.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of human insight and machine intelligence. From leading high-stakes fulfillment center initiatives to architecting human-in-the-loop annotation systems, I’ve helped both frontline teams and senior leaders understand how to integrate cutting-edge technologies into their daily operations.
In recent years, my focus has shifted to Generative AI—specifically, how to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity to enhance productivity, creativity, and decision-making across business environments. I’ve built frameworks, conducted enterprise-wide training programs, and helped scale AI literacy inside and outside of Amazon.
I’m passionate about breaking down technical barriers and helping learners use GenAI in clear, powerful, and repeatable ways. My courses are built with one goal in mind: to turn “I don’t get it” into “I use this every day.”
Whether you're an executive exploring prompt design or a professional trying to work smarter, I'm here to help you master GenAI—starting with your next prompt.
