About Me
Hi, I’m Ahmed Khalaf, a Senior Software Engineer & DevOps Engineer from Alexandria, Egypt, with 12+ years of experience in the software industry.
I work as a Full-Stack Engineer, building scalable web applications, real-time systems, and cloud-based solutions used in real-world production environments. My main focus is on clean architecture, performance, and scalability.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of technologies, including Golang, Vue.js, JavaScript, Node.js, databases, and cloud platforms, and I have strong experience in microservices, real-time communication, and DevOps practices such as Docker and Kubernetes.
I enjoy working on complex systems like distributed applications, real-time chat, notifications, and backend services, and I’m always interested in how systems behave at scale.
Teaching is something I truly enjoy. I like breaking down complex concepts into simple, practical explanations, based on real experience, not theory. My goal is to help developers understand how things actually work in production and build software with confidence.
I believe good software is built with clarity, simplicity, and strong fundamentals, and that’s the mindset I bring to everything I create and teach.
