About me
My name is Ahmed AlAmeeri and I am 21 years old. Throughout my young years, I have accomplished many achievements of which I am proud. My aspiration has always been to work in several vital fields that contribute to the development of myself and my country. Besides my academic pursuits, I have also authored four literary publications addressing global societal issues. At the age of sixteen, I published my first publication, of which I have sold over 1,000 copies. Currently, I am studying Applied Foreign Languages at Paris-Sorbonne Université Abu Dhabi, and I am fluent in Arabic, English, and French. Additionally, I am learning Korean and German.
In March 2022, I was selected as a speaker for the TEDX International Event, providing me with the golden opportunity to share my bright and positive thoughts with people around the world. My speech titled “How to Travel by Reading & to Sail in Its Space” - السفر بالقراءة.
I am proud to be a graduate of the Million Arab Coders Program in Data Analysis and served as an Innovation Ambassador for the UAE in Zurich, Switzerland, in 2018. Furthermore, I have an art portfolio featuring my participation in International Art Exhibitions, earning second place worldwide in the Ras Al Khaimah Award for Visual Arts. Recently, I presented the Korean New Year’s ceremony in the presence of His Excellency the Korean Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates H.E Lee Seok-Gu at Sorbonne Université Abu Dhabi. I possess a variety of skills that qualify me to invest more in myself.
As a fashion designer, I participated in the Emirates Skills 2022 competition in the field of Fashion Technology and was nominated for Emirates Skills 2023. I am interested in all categories of life, including Arabic, English, and French literature, other cultures and civilizations, reading and writing, arts, design, science and research, psychology and mental health, anthropology, and traveling.
I am eager to continue learning and make a positive impact in all aspects of life. I believe that change starts from within, and when individuals take responsibility for their basic human rights, they can influence their community and the world positively.
