Ahmad Zahir Wali is a full-time lecturer in the English Language and Literature Department of Education Faculty, Kandahar University.  He has been teaching English Language and TOEFL Preparation Courses for more than 12 years.  He has obtained Master's of Education degree in Teaching English as a Second Language and bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
