As a Volunteer and Legislative Ambassador my role is to encourage elected officials to get involved in the fight against cancer by:

• Increasing funding for cancer research and prevention

• Increasing tobacco regulation and taxation

• Supporting patient navigator programs in underserved communities

• Supporting cancer-fighting programs
