Her immense trust in herself and her abilities as a Human Resource personnel stamps her authority on the art she calls work and correspondingly wants to achieve bigger heights in the same field in the near future. Not politically inclined which means she actually participates in improving the society as a whole rather than being involved in the chitter-chatter that does nothing but make it worse.
