Tyler and I are so excited to welcome you to your Total Transformation Teacher Training.
Please take all the time you need to complete this course, and apply the concepts as you go. Eventually, you'll learn all 7 Core Cues, which as you'll see from the very first lesson, is the best way to ensure the most alignment, power, and satisfaction in your students' bodies.
Please refer to the CSV Language document attached here for a more complete overview of the 7 Core Cues and other terms we use in CSV Yoga. Also, the Module 2 Notes are a lighter outline of what we taught in these videos, which were filmed at Module 2 of 3 of our 300-Hour CSV Yoga Teacher Training in Austin, Texas.
When you've completed all the videos, you can download and fill out the Certificate of Completion with the number of hours you spent on this training, on and offline. We always suggest you do some of it with a fellow teacher so you can discuss the concepts and try things out on each other. HINT: You could even make some of your investment back if you asked them to pay you 50% of your initial cost in order to learn, and participate as a buddy.
