Ich bin Johanna Bonhage, Gründerin von Fruity Habits, Autorin verschiedener Bücher über Ernährung und Coach für ganzheitliche Gesundheit.

Bevor ich mich 2015 selbständig gemacht habe, war ich Ergotherapeutin und habe in Berlin Psychologie studiert.

 

Früher hatte ich starke Essstörungen - hauptsächlich zwanghaftes Überfressen - und hatte Gewichtsschwankungen von bis zu 15kg innerhalb weniger Wochen. 

Mein Körper kam schon mit 22 Jahren deutlich an seine Grenzen.

 

2010 kam die Wende!

Durch neues Wissen über Ernährung und den Zusammenhang mit emotionalen Problemstellungen habe ich in den letzten 6 Jahren nicht nur körperliche Erkrankungen geheilt, sondern auch die wahre Ursache meines zerstörerischen Essverhaltens erkannt und lebe heute ein freies, gesundes und selbstbestimmtes Leben.

My name is Johanna Bonhage, founder of Fruity Habits, author of two books on nutrition and wholistic health coach. 

Before I started my own business in 2015 I used to be an occupational therapist and studied psychology in Berlin, Germany. 

When I was younger, I suffered from compulsive overeating and binge eating and my weight went up and down like crazy within weeks. 

In 2010, everything changed for the better! 

By learning about diets and nutrition in relation to emotional eating habits I was able to cure many physical diseases such as psoriasis, hair loss, acne and allergies and also realized the true cause of my self destructive lifestyle choices. Today, I live a healthy, free and independent life and love to help others on their journey towards health and happiness!

Als Kind und Jugendlicher litt ich unter vielen Gesundheitsproblemen. Ich war viele Jahre extrem übergewichtig und konnte mein Essverhalten jahrelang nicht in den Griff bekommen.

Gleichzeitig habe ich begonnen über die Reinigung des Körpers (detox) zu lernen und selbst viel experimentiert mit verschiedenen Arten des Fastens.

Nun möchte ich mein Wissen und meine Erfahrungen mit anderen Menschen teilen, damit auch sie ein ganz neues Lebensgefühl für sich kreieren können.
