A mechanical engineer by education, Zain Khan (Zainul Abdin Khan) has more than 22 years of work experience as a recruiter, out of his 30 years of total work experience. He has worked with recruitment agencies like ABC Consultants, Randstad and in senior corporate roles managing recruitment. He has been an entrepreneur with his own recruitment and training company. In the initial part of his career, he started in production of engineering equipment and later industrial sales.

The gap that exists between the campus and the corporate has been one of his areas of interest. During his entrepreneurial career he created an offline model of the Placement Readiness course and took it to colleges. The course got popular enough to keep this going ever since. Hundreds of students have benefitted from this course.
