Born and raised in New York City, I’ve been working for 7 years as an artist and entrepreneur. Currently busy podcasting, video making, inventing, and raising awareness about mental health and mindfulness.

I’m probably best known for executive producing and starring in Wolf 359, a Webby Award nominated sci-fi drama podcast with over 7 million downloads. Prior to becoming an independent media producer, I served as the Director of Video Production at One Month - a Y-Combinator ed-tech startup.

As an advocate for mental health, I’ve gotten to speak at Harvard, Mass General Hospital, The National University of Singapore, and NAMI SWPA. I’ve also been published by The Wall Street Journal, New York Daily News, and Salon.
