I am Yousef Kotp, a passionate researcher and educator in AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at Concordia University, focusing on Vision-Language Modeling for Computational Pathology. Beyond research, I am a Teaching Assistant at Concordia, where I help students navigate complex machine learning and deep learning topics.
My journey in AI and software engineering spans academic research, industry applications, and competitive programming. I have worked as a Software Engineer developing ML-powered structural design tools, and as a Machine Learning Engineer for enhancing document layout analysis for FinTech applications. I have also led an autonomous drone development team and published research on computer vision.
