I am a native Polish speaker with over ten years of experience working as a translator and as a freelance online language teacher. I have taught adults, seniors, and teenagers from Spanish- and English-speaking countries. I hold a BA in Communications from the University of South Wales (UK) and a Post-Graduate Degree in Teaching Polish as a Second and Foreign Language.
My journey with foreign languages began in 2015, driven by a desire to travel and explore the world. This led me to South America, where I independently learned Spanish. Following that, I studied Russian, focusing initially on essential grammar and vocabulary, and then immersing myself in the language through listening, reading, and practical communication. Today, I am able to communicate fluently and comprehend Russian with confidence.
Building on my knowledge of Spanish, I learned Italian to a conversational level and am currently studying Azerbaijani to communicate effectively with my husband’s family. At present, I speak six languages. I'm learning Greek now.
My experience as a learner has shaped my approach to teaching Polish. I focus on practical language acquisition, emphasizing pronunciation, sentence construction, essential grammar, and real-life usage. I also incorporate relevant resources, including social media, to create a comprehensive and immersive learning experience.
I am committed to providing high-quality instruction that empowers students to communicate effectively in Polish. My courses are designed with the learner in mind, offering structured guidance, practical tools, and targeted materials to facilitate progress and confidence in the language.
