Pak Wai (PW) is an experienced human resources practitioner with very rich practical experience. He specializes in all rounded of Human Resources duties including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefits.

PW began his HR career in large corporation after his graduation of Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management. Then he joined as HR professional in several established corporations across different industries of manufacturing, financial services and bio-medical field. Apart from Asian HR experience, WT also holds a Certified Human Resources Practitioner license of China.
