I am Professor in the Department of Educational Technology and Information Management in the School of Education (ESE) of the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB).

I am currently a Researcher at the IPB Basic Education Research Center. I am member of GPITIC - Interdisciplinary Research Group in Information and Communication Technology and member of GPISEC - Interdisciplinary Research Group in Secretariat (Brazil).

Since 2019, I am the coordinator of the International Relations Office in the School of Education of IPB.

My main area of expertise is information technology (Educational Technology). Among others, had participated the following projects:

- Member of the IPB Entrepreneurship Office (2008-2018).

Professor Adjunto no Departamento de Tecnologia Educativa e Gestão da Informação na Escola Superior de Educação - Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB).

Atualmente, é investigador no Centro de Investigação em Educação Educação Básica. É membro do GPITIC - Grupo de Pesquisa Interdisciplinar em Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação e membro do GPISEC - Grupo de Pesquisa Interdisciplinar da Secretaria (Brasil).

Desde 2019, é coordenador do Gabinete de Relações Internacionais da Escola Superior de Educação do IPB.

A minha principal área de atuação é a tecnologia da informação (Tecnologia Educativa). Entre outros, participou dos seguintes projetos:
