My courses are designed to help learners develop practical communication and professional skills they can apply immediately in academic, professional, and international settings. Drawing on more than two decades of international education experience, each course is built around practical, learner-centered strategies that support real-world success.

I'm the Founder of English for Success (EFS), an international education company established in 2002. What began as a language school in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, evolved into a global online learning organization years before remote learning became mainstream. Throughout my career, I've designed learning solutions for individuals, corporations, educational institutions, and international organizations, helping learners build the skills and confidence to achieve their personal, academic, and professional goals.

My experience includes developing English for Specific Purposes (ESP) programs for healthcare, legal, aviation, engineering, business, and other professional sectors, as well as preparing learners for internationally recognized examinations including Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC.

Beyond teaching, I've spent much of my career designing learning systems, leading educational teams, developing curriculum, and helping organizations improve the quality and impact of their learning programs. Those experiences shape every course I create.

I hold a Master of Education, a CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) from the University of Cambridge, and a Micro-Master's in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Maryland. I continue to explore how technology and artificial intelligence can enhance learning while keeping people—not technology—at the center of the educational experience.

Today, I collaborate with international education partners, including MyECO and Candelas International, to develop professional online learning products that support learners around the world.
