My name is Tracy Brylewski, and I am an educator, curriculum designer, and learning strategist with over twenty years of experience in English language education and professional communication.
I am the Founder, CEO, and Chief of Learning & Innovation at English for Success (EFS), an international English language training company I established in 2002. English for Success began as a brick-and-mortar school in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (USA) and later evolved into a fully online global education provider, long before remote learning became mainstream.
Over the years, I have led the design and delivery of customized English for Specific Purposes (ESP) programs for individuals, corporations, and institutions worldwide. Our work has included specialized training in Medical English, Legal English, Aviation English, English for Engineers, and other industry-specific programs, as well as comprehensive exam preparation courses for Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC.
As part of our innovation work, we also pioneered streaming qualified English teachers into corporate settings and classrooms around the world, using technology to deliver tailored, real-time instruction to learners regardless of location. This experience sits at the intersection of education, technology, and workforce development, and continues to shape how I design courses today.
I hold a Master of Education in TESOL, a CELTA from the University of Cambridge, and a Micro-Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Maryland. I am deeply interested in how learning design, technology, and clear communication can remove barriers and create more inclusive access to education globally.
Today, I also collaborate as a partner school with Candelas International and MyECO, and together we are developing professional English and communication courses for the Udemy–Coursera ecosystem.
My courses are grounded in real professional experience and designed to help you succeed in global, academic, and workplace environments.
