He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BS CE) from Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy in Nakhon Nayok, Thailand (1999); a Master of Science in Systems and Network Management (MS SNM) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, USA (2006); and a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Management (PhD PPM) from Kasem Bundit University in Bangkok, Thailand (2018).
