I am a dynamic, energetic workforce development professional, with a passion for making things run more smoothly and efficiently. I love to partner with clients and come up with solutions that improve their business and the lives of their employees and end customers. I am a trained engineer, with advanced degrees in manufacturing and operations management, logistics, supply chain, and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as a certification in adult training and development.
I have worked in the learning and development space for over a decade, and I approach it with a systematic, practical approach gained from my engineering and operations background. I have experience in a number of large manufacturing companies, across multiple industries in both the public and private sector, as well as experience at two national manufacturing non-profits. A snapshot of companies I’ve worked with include Owens Corning, PolyOne, Swagelok, Boehringer Ingelheim, Ford, Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions, the National Tooling and Machining Association, and the Precision Metalforming Association.
My clients trust me to investigate and identify performance gaps, design and deliver live and virtual educational events, facilitate live and virtual roundtables and meetings, present at conferences, moderate panel discussions, source and negotiate with other thought leaders for particular niche areas, and act as a trusted, experienced extension of their team.
