Sofia Papakonstantinou is a project manager active in the field of EU projects since 2013; has experience in research, social inclusion, dissemination and stakeholders’ engagement activities; she has been working in more than 15 projects in the field of innovation, societal transformation, employment, training, including blending learning approaches for the development of new skills such as digital skills, especially for vulnerable groups (young women, NEETs) to increase their participation in the social and economic life. Also, she is dealing with projects with particular referent of the areas of the integration and social inclusion, human rights, pedagogical development, community development and circular economy. She has also worked in the past as an external consultant in projects related to social studies and training for National Technical University of Athens and the Vocational Training Centre of Athens Prefecture.
