Shradheya R R Gupta
Bioinformatician | CADD Researcher
About me
I was a researcher at the University of Rajasthan's DBT-BIF (Department of Biotechnology- Bioinformatics Infrastructure Facility). I created COVID-19 QSAR models, septicemia, and a drug-designing pipeline in R. I also built a database of chemical compounds. Currently working as a researcher at Delhi University's Deshbandhu College. Here I am working on filtering, identification, development and validation of anti-cancer compounds and tool development.
I have 3 years of expertise in data analysis and computer-aided drug design (CADD). 5 years of project-based teaching experience with both domestic and international students. As a self-employed bioinformatician, I collaborated with more than 53 global clients from 13 countries.
My courses aim to bridge the gap between biological science (wet lab) and computer science (dry lab). My classes provide the best and unique concepts overlooked by universities, colleges, and YouTube. If you have any doubts or need more assurance, check out my courses comment section.
