Sherry Hiriart, CEM, CHRP, CTDP, is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in rental housing management, both as a property manager of 800+ residential rental units, and as a small landlord. Her mission is to assist landlords in navigating the complex legislation and processes associated with the rental housing industry.

Sherry recognizes the urgent need for free or low-cost resources for landlords in today’s challenging housing environment. Working with the Canadian Landlord Professional Association (CLPA),  where a key objective is to provide accessible, no-cost educational resources for those eager to learn.

We understand that knowledge should not another financial burden in an industry where small landlords are already shouldering significant responsibilities.
